I am starting my second week 🙂 I found the first week surprisingly easy and it’s already shifting my attitudes to food in general.
I’ve also discoverd Miso soup. My stomach just loves that stuff (but only if it is organic with no MSG – check labels for E621 and other E600 numbers) I found one that is like a pot noodle which is about 200 calories and is great for tea with some raw veggies.
I would also highly recommend adding raw ginger to any herbal teas as I’m sure that’s what killed all hunger pangs for hours.
So day 3 today – just had a fairly revolting cup of green tea for breakfast, a handful of nuts and a bit of banana….see how long that lasts me 🙂
