  • Starting today!

    Hi everyone just started 🙂

hi, I started the fast diet on 19 December 2013 and have lost 5.5 kilos. I started at the top of my healthy weight range (66kg) and now am oscillating between 60.3 and 60.8kilos. I seem to have hit a plateau and am finding it very hard to lose more weight!! I have stayed on this weight for 6 weeks now. Is there a point where you won’t lose anymore weight on this diet? I am well within the healthy weight range now. Any tips would be appreciated. Regards Valerie

Hi all & welcome to the board. I hope you’re getting on well with the fasting so far 😉

Valerieg – congratulations on hitting your healthy weight range. Yes, there are probably things you could do to ‘kick start’ your losses again if you really want to but if you’re in & around your ideal weight then I’d probably say “why bother?”

If there are bits of your body that you’re unhappy with then maybe try some targetted exercise to address those areas now that you’ve got rid of the genuine ‘excess’ weight. You may find that upping your exercise kicks off a little further weight loss itself anyway.
