New here, though trying 5:2 for third time

  • I’ve tried to loose weight on the 5:2 (4:3 for me) twice before, having lost 12lbs in around 14 weeks, then stopped losing anything (the dreaded plateau stage) for 6 weeks and gave up:-( After walking round in this lovely hot weather in a huge black baggy tea shirt and size 16 jeans I can no longer zip up, I really WANT to lose 3 stone to get back to the weight I was 5 years ago, when I was a size 12. So, now into week two after loosing 1.5lb…Here I go towards to new (old) me 🙂

    Good luck dressdown! And well done on your first two weeks: I’m sure you’ll get lots of support and encouragement on here. 🙂
