Hey all I’ve never heard about this diet until last night. Seems a little too good to be true but none the less I’m still gonna give it a shot. I’m starting tomorrow which is Monday and I’ve decided that Monday and Thursday will be my fast days. I know it may be a long shot but I would love to get in touch with someone who started this weekend or is looking to start tomorrow.
I also have a question just for fun today i wanted to track my eating to see if it’s easy to get to 2000 cals on feast day and now that I’ve logged everything by days end I’m only at 1600 calories and I really can’t see myself eating anymore I’m stuffed. Do u think not reaching the 2000 cal mark will hinder my ability to lose weight?
