  • After 6 years of feeling like crap and starting/stopping various diets I have decided to give this a real go. The biggest eye opener for me was when I hopped on the net to check my BMI…when I saw the word “Obese” it completely shattered me. I thought I was overweight…not obese! I weigh 85kg at present and I am 167cm tall. My goal weight is 65kg….20kg to go. Today is my first day on the 5:2 diet and I have coped quite well. I did start eating more healthily about 2 weeks ago whereby I lost 2 kg by counting calories. I hope that the 5:2 will help me stay in check with my weight loss.     Hey there,how are you coping so far? I have 25 kilos to lose, wont be easy,but I have only been fasting one day so far and have lost 2 pounds already!
