    There isn’t much to this plan.

    On five days of the week, eat healthy foods. If you can figure this out, eat what your body needs (just to the point of below being full).

    On two days (usually non consecutive), eat only 600 calories from the time you get up until you go to bed.

    Lots of coping techniques on this forum. Basic instructions are on the website.

    Very little is set in stone.

    You can purchase the books — there are two of them and a cookbook to help you learn the plan.
