Hello everyone, hubby and I are starting today (9 June), having seen the Horizon programme, read the book, and read other science that backs up intermittent fasting!
We’ve had a slightly wobbly start today – he had breakfast without realising or calculating the “cost”, but the rest of the day should balance out. I’m a lover of cup-a-soups, so it was nice to discover that my favourite is only 80 calories a mug, not even a “slimming” one. I’m content with 2 or 3 during the day, then we’re having carefully calculated salad with a bit of meat or fish for tea tonight.
I’m going to read some stuff on the forum, and hope to “talk” to some of you soon, and swap stories, tips and recipes.
