  • Hi, all I’m hearing is success about this plan so I am reading reading and reading some more about it-
    I’m a mum of two teens, 42 and about 2.5 stones over weight. I am 12 stone and five foot 4.
    Just feeling my way but look forward to reading your posts- two good friends have both lost a stone and a half since starting it.

    I use a diet app to track calories so I think I’ll still use it- I need it to track protein etc as my kidneys are not 100%- I would be eating about 1900 on non fast days and 500 on fast days- it’s the fast days that worry me! I can’t sleep if I’m hungry but I’ll have a good look at other posts and see what help is out there- good luck to you too!

    I too struggle to get to sleep if i’m hungry. I guess it might get easier after a few fasting days. Which days are you fasting? I’m doing Monday and Friday.

    I’ve not decided yet, If I start tomorrow I will probably choose Monday and Thursday- that would fit in better I think!
