  • Hello,
I have tried multiple diets already, with and without nutricionist help, but my weight is always returning to normal. I managed to maintain it in normal (normal for me is 65kg, still overwheight…) for a while, but since my 1st pregnancy the lower I got was 78kg 🙁 And now after my 2nd pregnancy I am at 86kg – for 162cm, this is really a lot.
In addition to weight problems, I also suffer from hypothyroidism and most recently Alopecia…
So I think this diet is my last hope to be back on track and how I was(and felt) before – and if possible even better!

Also, the first time I participate on a forum – I guess I need all support I can get!!

Best of luck with your new way of life! As long as you follow the rules it should work, just make sure you calculate your TDEE and stay under it on your feed days! Fasting on two days a week does not permit you to go overboard on the remaining 5.
    Stef.

Thanks Stef. Quick question: what is TDEE?
I am planning to start after my vacation, so w/c June 16th. My plan is to start with a 5:2, and if it goes well move to 4:3 on week 3.
I will post my progress, at least to keep the momentum 🙂
