Hi there just about to start the fast diet. Would like to know on my fast day can I have breakfast e dinner with a freshly made vegetable e fruit juice in between if all with 500 calories, or can I only have bfast e dinner.

Bas1973, you can divide up your 500 calories any way that works best for you.
Most people find that eating foods that are high in protein or fiber, with maybe a little fat, keep them feeling full longer. Many people find that eating anything that is mostly carbohydrate, even if it’s something like fruit or fruit juice that contains vitamins and minerals, just sets off the high blood sugar/high insulin/fat deposition/lower blood sugar/hungry again two hours later cycle and try to stick to liquids without any calories like water, herb tea, black coffee, etc. Even vegetable juice is mostly quickly digested carbohydrate; it would be better as part of a mixed meal than by itself.
There are some health benefits to going longer periods of time without eating (12-24 hours), but for weight loss, it does not matter when in the day you eat your calories. If you need a small something in the middle of the day, that’s fine. Something like nuts or a string cheese stick is not likely to set off the hunger cycle.
