I’ve realized, the hard way, that a period of change and high stress may not always be the best time to make a lifestyle change. So here I am, trying to set myself up for success instead.

Go for it Novascott. After all, the only way from down is up and this works, so yes, you are headed for success in all sorts of ways. Best of luck
