Newbie. Please help

  • Hi, I’ve started the diet today and have started with my first fasting day. I didn’t have any breakfast (which is a first for me) as I wanted to keep the calories for my evening meal. I had weightwatchers tomato soup which I love anyway for lunch and will have pork and cheesy cauliflower and broccoli for tea, which I have to say I’m looking forward to. Don’t know how the diet will pan out. I’ve been on several before and always lost but couldn’t sustain it. I have IBS so hope I don’t have any problems with the fasting days (getting stressed) lol. Would appreciate any help and advice from anyone willing to give it to me. Many thanks.

    Water, water, water lindyloo. Hunger comes in waves and does pass (and it’s usually really thirst) just remember all of that and the fact that you can have whatever you’re craving tomorrow and you’ll be fine.
