5:2 is too much food

  • I normally eat less over a week than the 5:2 diet recommends, so it wont work for me. I do a full time job and am hungry all the time. Typical weekday diet is:
    Brkfast. porridge + coffee
    Mid morn. Coffee
    Lunch. Banana and apple.
    Tea. Cup of Tea
    Dinner. various Meat or Fish with veg
    Supper. Cocoa
    Weekends – same except toast & marmalade for breakfast and wine with dinner

    so what are you trying to achieve Mary are you overweight ? do you exercise ?
