1st Week Lost – 2nd week Gained?

  • Hi all I’ve just finished my second week, weigh in today and have put on 900g from last weeks loss of 1.3kgs..

    Is this the norm, good weeks and not so good weeks? I have not done anything different eating wise from last week but Am feeling quite hormonal this week. I’m guessing that could be it?

    Hi, I’ve finished 2nd week and had lost 5lbs, middle of 3rd week I’ve put 3lbs back on! I was really despondent, especially as my husband has lost 10lbs in same period. Looking at the forum this seems to be quite normal. I’m losing approx 300 calories at the gym 3 times a week too, so I feel proper fed up! I’ve just read quite a lot of other reviews and they say keep at it! If the scales aren’t showing you what u want to see, as long as your clothes are getting loser or your body is changing shape (which mine rapidly is) then your on the right track! Keep going!
