I travel about 20 days a month for work and entertain customers for dinners and drinks (sometimes excessively). I weighed 93kg 9 weeks ago. Today, I weigh 86 kg or I’ve lost 7 kg in 9 weeks.
My fasting days consist of having a protein shake in the mornings (200 calories) and nothing else all day. My other days I eat as I normally do and even indulge in fried foods and carbs. I don’t even monitor my alcohol intake.
I train/gym 3x (60 Min sessions) a week on days I’m not fasting.
First week (2 fasting days) was hard but now it is easy. Black coffee to curb hunger works great. Hardest thing is to plan customer entertainment around fasting days and gym. It’s all about planning my week ahead.
I think I will continue this regime indefinitely.
But the way, my cholesterol, uric acid and blood pressure levels have dropped significantly in last 2 months!!!
Nothing else have or can work given my lifestyle. Fasting works for me. I’m sold!!!
