Well, I just read my topic title, and it sounds pretty negative, but it’s really not. I registered on this forum almost a year ago, and I had a few false starts and never really maintained the program.
I’ve always viewed it as another diet, and although I told others it’s a “lifestyle change”, deep down inside, I guess it really was just another diet for me.
This time I’ve dusted off my 5:2 books and will be rereading them. It’s just not about losing weight, it’s about my health which is now my #1 priority.
Also, I ordered Dr. Harvies new book The 2 Day Diet Quick & Easy. Thanks to Dr. Mosley for mentioning it on his homepage back in January. I like the idea of fasting two consecutive days with a bit more calories.
Well, I am so glad to be back here. The improved website looks great! Onward and upward..or should I say downward??
