    Welcome – and stick at it !

    The fasts get easier quite quickly, I have found. Stick to your calorie count on fast days and stay below your TDEE calories figure on the other days and success is yours ! This assumes you have a realistic TDEE, of course, based on an honest appraisal of your own activity level.

    There is plenty of support here if you have problems and lots of ideas and experience to help you. You could spend hours looking through various forum threads and pick up useful advice. I did !

    Remember it is a marathon and not a sprint. Be patient and results will come.
