Hello everyone, thought I’d introduce myself, not quite a littl’un to be honest lol

I started the 5:2 last week and lost 3 lb and felt so energised I’m encouraged to continue, have read through lots of posts and feel this is the place for me.

I’m 5’3″ 50 years old and just over 13 stone so a good 3 stones to lose.

Have tried pretty much every other diet but this one just feels right! Fingers crossed, some of the success stories are very encouraging so here goes!
