Hello, I am now on week 4 and bit concerned about whether this is going to work. I lost 4lbs in my first week then gained 3 the next. Realised I ‘ d been going over my calories on both fast and feast days. Next week back down to 6 and this week lost 1 pound although weighed myself again 2 days later and had gained a pound. I know that scales can show quite a big daily fluctuation but am really worried that I am just plateauing. I have 2 stone to loose and don’t want to have to go back to slimming world, where I can reliably loose 2lbs a week but put it back on when I stop.
I am wearing a pedometer and have massively increased my activity levels, have been running, swimming and going to Zumba so with all the changes and the fact the I have been counting calories religiously with my Fitness Pal app, I was expecting more radical results. How long can it take to start seeing clear results?
Any advice or inspiration much appreciated!
