Hi all
I read the book last week and it could not have come at a better time for me.
I have been counting calories for a long time now, lost around a stone and half, put half back on, reset my goal and was just getting to the stage of giving up , when someone recommended the book.
Had heard of it but could never imagine I would survive 1 day on 500 calories, never mind 2
But here I am, halfway through day 2 and feeling rather confident about tomorrow .
Its not been anywhere near as hard as I imagined and loving the non counting calorie days as i felt that was starting to take over my life, now , with 2 day counting calories, I can cope, and lets face it, 500 goes away pretty quickly lol
