I have done 5:2 earlier this year then fell off the wagon. I have now been following it for 10 days and have lost 3 kgs so far. I am 34 years, 5.4, and currently way 77 kgs. My goal weight is 65 kgs. I am really enjoying being on this diet. Its great to see the kilos fall off even if its only water weight at the moment. I am vegetarian and on my fast days I have coffee with milk and 1/2 tsp sugar and then have an early dinner which is about 300 calories. What I like about fast days is that they have had a great positive influence on my non fast days. I eat more healthy foods, my cravings and addictions have done down drastically. In fact I have a reduced appetite. I can see myself doing this in the long run. Would be great if someone would like to join me in this weight loss journey. I find it motivating to have a weight loss buddy!
