  • Hi guys

I need some smoothie ideas please. Go to work very early and eat brekkie at work. I can make a smoothie at home the height before.

    Thank you xx sarah

Here’s my all-time favorite breakfast smoothie recipe:

1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
    ½ cup frozen blueberries
2 teaspoons ginger, peeled and finely grated
2 cups kale leaves, loosely packed
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
    1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon raw honey

I sometimes make it without the fruits and I still like it!

Avocados are an excellent source of high-quality fats and are highly nutritious. smoothies can also be “enriched” with various additives, depending on your wishes (strengthen hair and nails, smooth wrinkles or increase stamina)

    Avocado smoothie ingredients
    half a lemon
One and a half cups of unsweetened coconut or almond milk
    2 tablespoons of chia seeds
    a quarter of an avocado
    2 servings of spinach
    Half an orange or tamarind
    1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
and one serving of your favorite biotin/collagen/ginseng drops

Is using vitamin supplements with food not spoil their ability to act?

Your body absorbs some vitamins better from food so that you can take them with meals or snacks. You will also avoid indigestion when you take it on an empty stomach. Water dissolves vitamins, and your body doesn’t store them, so most need to be taken every day. They include C and B. Take them with or without food, but according to the instruction you absorb B12 better with food.

Thx for u recipes. I really love smoothies

The banana recipe is really delicious. I tried something similar recently
