My first fasting day is tomorrow

  • I’ll be fasting on Monday’s and Thursdays…What is everyone eating for their first day? I’m trying to figure out my first day and I’m a little stuck on what to choose. Also, I’m not sure if I am doing one meal, two meals or speeding it out. What are you going to try? Good luck to everyone just starting, I hope this works for us all!!! Not only am I looking to lose weight but I’m looking forward to the health benefits as well.

    I don’t eat anything on diet days. That way I don’t have to worry about what to eat or how much I am eating. And I lose weight a little faster that way.

    Many people find eating one evening meal high in fat and protein works best. Eating early, especially if you eat carbs, makes you hungry for the rest of the day.
