xmas was a disaster

  • Hi all, started the diet 10 weeks ago,very impressed with the results but xmas arrived ,4 days of celebrations only one fast day in that week and have put on 2.4 kilos. So it is back into it, hopefully I can regain the momentum I had before.I find this diet very easy to do unlike the normal diets which I have been on before and failed, good luck to you all in the new year.

    I’m with you on Xmas Xcess! But we are human and need changes of routine.

    Have you still lost weight overall since 10 weeks ago, even taking into account the Christmas blip? If so, hold onto that!

    You sound very motivated to get back into the fasting routine. I am fasting today, my 2nd this week (did Monday too). I decided to give myself a kick start by fasting 2 days close together: I usually space them out. I’m enjoying the feeling of contrast with last week’s consumption.

    Christmas was a bit of a nightmare here to… miss the normal routine of fast days, am looking forward to Monday to get back normality and to start to lose the couple of pounds put on over Christmas. I’ve been doing it for 8 weeks now and feel really good for it. So here’s back to normality!
