    ive started this diet with my first fast day being tuesday and did really well but over done it on wednesday. today has been a lot better food wise and i am planning my second fast day tomorrow.

    ive lost a load of weight on weight watchers but i got stuck with 14lbs to go and couldnt shift it…. i really want this to work for me but i can never get this last 14lbs to go, im also doing the 30 day shred.

    has anyone managed to shift the last lbs that they just couldnt with any other diet.

    Hi Vicky! I just started 5:2 3 weeks ago and have lost 5 of the 15 lbs. I’ve been trying to lose for 3 years now. I have tried everything and am shocked to see the scale read a number that I haven’t seen in a very long time.

    I love Jillian Michaels workouts too! I have Ripped in 30 and think it’s a great workout. Have you ever completed all 30 days?? That’s where I have trouble, I get bored and move onto something else. Did you just start Shred?

    5:2 will work, trust me, it’s been so worth it!

    Yes I completed the shred a few months ago and was completely amazed with the results not really weight lose but inches, I’m on level 1 day 5 tomorrow 🙂 I want to do ripped in 30 after.

    I really hope this works for me to I want to enjoy the summer next year with out feeling nervous x

    Vicky, I may join you with Shred if you don’t mind. I need a buddy to help me finish one of these exercise DVDs (I’ve also tried Insanity). I’ll try to get Shred tomorrow :). I do believe that it’ll be an amazing companion to 5:2. Are you fasting tomorrow? I’ve been fasting Mondays and Thursdays so far. Also, are you planning on working out on a fast day? I haven’t been brave enough yet…

    Be nice to have a buddy lol, yer im going to fast tomorrow, apparently you get good results when u work out on fast days the only thing I find is I get really hungry after…I hope to lose as much weight as possible before mid December I will be turning 30 and I wanna do it feeling good 🙂 x
