This site is weird! or maybe I just dont know how to work it properly yet and cant be bothered reading a whole set of instructions to do so. It’s hard to follow topics, I have no idea if people are responding to any of my messages, the communication is not easy, almost non-existent! I can see by reading the posts the people are wonderful but the site itself OMG!

Dont worry, I thought so too at first. A lot of threads, Aussie determination is the busiest, closely followed by jo’s quest. Im thinking of moving to Oz, so much help and encouragement, Ive been reading for a few weeks now and I feel i’m getting to know them all, and following some great journeys.

You can read some threads from the beginning, some are quite long but you learn so much. Some very wise women, and men too.

Even if you not an antipodean lady of a certain age, who doesnt count calories, with loose clothes, on a quest to lose 2lbs – its worth persevering with, and often quite funny. And make sure you catch the recent birth of an elephant!!!

Though you are likely to come across a load if losers here!!!!

No offence meant!

As the other’s said, it’s worth persevering with. Lots of useful information (not all diet related!), and support. I’ve made some good friends along the way.

I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it!

Hope you’ve got your head round it a bit better now. Just read your post on the ‘If your clothes are looser…’ thread, which I totally agree with. So maybe catch you on ‘The measurers’ thread’ again sometime. Take care.

@milena – Thank you, your post above really tickled me! Excellent summary of the whole forum! But what is this about the birth of an elephant??? (i know some of those Aussies keep chickens, but this is a new departure!!!)

Hi Booydy, how are things?

Ref the elephant, one of the aussie threads has got such a large weightloss they have given birth to a baby elephant. I just lurk being in Scotland rather thsn Oz, but they are a busy lot, I think the plans for the Christening are well under way!!!!
