Weight lose?

  • Hi everyone,

    My experience with the 5:2 diet thus far has been that I’ve lost size (meaning my hips, waist, chest and neck have lost inches) but my weight hasn’t really changed too much to date. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience, if so did this change in the longer-term?

    tl;dr muscle goes on, fat comes off. You weight the same, but you’re slimmer and healthier. 🙂

    Thanks for the tip snorks. As I suspected I’m not alone but it’s good to have it confirmed.
