Week 2, Sugar Drop …

  • but not on a fasting day!! I haven’t had one of these for some months since eating protein for breakfast usually keeps these horrible sugar drops at bay. But today I had one and I didn’t want to grab biscuits etc. as I know this is not the right way to go but I had to have something so it was cashew nut clusters which were probably as bad as having the biscuits!! What do others do when this happens to them?

    Sugar drops are hard going, I’m worst late afternoon. So I make a point of having a weight watchers real hot chocolate. It’s 40cal and takes the edge off. I’ve been the same but reached for the digestives or cookies and eaten almost half a pack, then I kiss the fast day away and pig out more. It will get easier! The first few weeks are hard. You did good grabbing the juts instead of biscuits xx
