Week 1 fast complete

  • Morning all hope you are having a good week?
    So I did my second fast yesterday which was a bit easier than Monday, stuck to 500kcals both days 🙂 weighed in this morning and 5lbs down since u weighed in on Monday morning, very happy.
    I now have 4 days straight of not fasting and a bit worried I will put weight on? I’m not sure how to work out what calories I should be having on a non fast day..can anyone help?
    I’m at a friends tonight who is cooking beef Wellington and we will be drinking wine..yikes!! Hope I can be good rest of week…any advice appreciated x

    What a lovely first week 5 lb off really good.

    We usually fast Monday and Thursday, so Tuesday and Wednesday we keep tight with about 1200/1300 calories, no cakes or drinks no naughties! Friday to Sunday we are a bit more normal, a few cakes and drinks, wine etc if we are going out we go and enjoy yourselves but try not to go mad for all of the three days!

    It works don’t worry…..enjoy the beef Wellington and the drinks, it a life time change you have to live and enjoy!!
