Thanks for the advice Xannyde. Have been reading up on the Beach Fast Diet. As far as I understand it’s still 2 fasting days, but the calorie intake is regulated all other days as well, right? that’s kind of what I’m trying to do I think. I can’t find any specifics on what the calorie intake should be during the non-fast days, but i guess that’s different for different people. I am trying to limit my intake of calories to 1000-1200 the other days, besides Saturdays…so difficult to regulate it every day, I like my wine on Saturdays 🙁 keeps me sain!
But I’m doing 16:8 on all weekdays (as I am too lazy to eat breakfast) and trying to limit my meal to only once a day on fast days with around 20-24 h fasting window..let’s see if that helps.
That fine balance between getting results but not overdoing it so that I don’t quit alltogether =/
