Time to address weight and health

  • I am on my first fast day and although some what grumpy (what’s new those who know me may say)I have made it. I decided to eat all my calories in one go in the evening. I often find myself getting hungry after a breakfast so thought I’d try this way. I am a typical yo yo dieter and the past few years I’ve used the brutal Cambridge diet to shed the pounds. Thing is it’s a vicious cycle of losing great amounts of weight and undoubtedly put it all back on and then some, I need a plan that is for life and is manageable.
    I suffer with low mood and also have Crohns Disease so I hope to see benefits all round. Any comments….of the encouraging kind….welcome. Thanks 🙂

    Welcome to the club & good luck with it. You won’t need it, I’m sure you’ll see the results for yourself pretty quickly. Take all your starting measurements (like I didn’t) and enjoy the new lifestyle. 😉
