The first fast day is the hardest…

  • Hi all fasters.back to 5:2 after 2 years..
    Did a fast day yesterday, i was going low carb, but it turned into a fast day..560 ..but it has got me started, trying another today…b2b, so 27/7/17 is a goal date.
    I am determined this week. i am tracking on FPal,
    anyone else starting this week?

    Tracking your food intake and your results is an incentive to keep going.
    Are you doing back-to-back Fast Days every week, or just to get you started?
    Hope you are including lots of protein, fiber, and Calcium from natural food sources in your meals, both on Fast Days and Slow Days.
    I’ve been Fasting for 4 years, so I’m not just starting this week. I got so interested in the nutrition angle of Fast meals that I started a blog to share my recipes with others.

    Hi all, have been away for some time and guess what!!! the weight is back on. Now have to lose two stones………..hoping for some help here. Big holiday in November so need to crack on.
