  • Hello everyone. I have enjoyed watching Michael’s programmes and have read book. Today I acted in that new information and began. Fasted for 11hours. Dinner soon!! Chorizo and butterbean recipe from 5:2 book.
    My doctor and chiropractor both recommended this plan.
    I will succeed in losing weight and becoming more agile. All diets before have been yo yo and I have doubled in body weight since I started ‘dieting’ aged 12. I am now 48 and I am determined to look after my body, heart and soul. Power to us!!
