Alright, homies. Here’s the idea. All you have to do is, weigh yourself weekly while following the 5:2 diet. But, you also have to workout a little every day. It’s over you to decide how long and what type your work outs are going to be. I have a stationary bike at home so I’ll try cycling anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour every day.

Starting weight: 159 lbs. (6th May, 2016 – Lost through general calorie intake control)
Current weight: 150.8 lbs
Goal weight: 99 lbs
Exercise: Stationary biking, 30 minutes, moderate speed.
