  • Hi there!
I’m a student currently on placement, just starting the 5:2 diet again. I successfully lost weight with it last year, but gradually put it all back on after not sticking to the diet whilst traveling. I want to get back on track as I know I can loose weight with this! I have about a stone to loose which I need to do my May. The biggest thing for me, is my non-fast days.. I tend to go mad with eating lots, which I need to stop doing. Just basic 3 meals a day, plus 2 snacks max if needed. Can’t wait to start!

hi there KP294 and welcome to the forum!

well done on choosing 5.2 as your new way of eating, have you checked your TDEE? these are the recommended calories you should consume on feed days, check the section “how?” top of the page, there is a tool there that will calculate this for you 🙂

    good luck and happy fasting!

I effectively shed pounds with it last year, yet slowly put everything back on rushessay after not adhering to the eating regimen while voyaging. I need to refocus as I probably am aware I can free weight with this! I have about a stone to free which I want to do my May.
