Have been on 1200 calories for 8 weeks and have lost 6 kilos. I am starting the 5:2 today. Have made Sunday and Wednesday my fasting days.

No not starting today but starting tomorrow. Just finished the book and really looking forward to it. After doing high protein diets and high exercise regimes, which once stopped left me piling all the weight back on. Well guess what I’m now looking for balance!!! Something I can do for the rest go my life……any tips, all comments appreciated. :)) Mellie, Australia.
