Starting the fast diet for a more mindful life

    Just wanted to share that I am happy to have found you (and thank you Lisa!). My goal for starting the fast diet is to see what it does to my mind and energy level. I have been thinking about fasting for some time, and will put this idea into action now. Tomorrow will be my first day. I am going to the sauna then, so this feels like a good start. I am perfectly okay with my body, but my mind needs some clearing, and I believe that thoughts and feelings are connected with what we eat. Soo…looking forward to this experience.

    How did the mindfulness go…was there a difference compared to non fast days ?

    I’ve had excellent results with increased mental clarity, mood improvement and ability to see things more clearly, even emotional issues which had perplexed me. I’m studying and even my teachers have noticed with improvement in the assignments I submit.
