I’m really struggling to get back on track. I’ve about 8lbs to lose but craving junk food.
Any tips for getting my willpower back and sticking to healthy eating and fast days, would be much appreciated.

Get rid of all the junk food in the house.
Stock up on sparkling water — lemon or lime but no sugar flavors.
Set the timer and don’t eat while it is ticking.
Don’t eat unless you are hungry.
Don’t be confused to think that boredom or anger or thirst or other mind-games are hunger.
Be able to tell yourself ‘NO!’ and mean it.
You are in control.
You can do this.
