Happy Tuesday. Happy indeed, because I broke my fast this morning with almonds and yogurt! I’m pretty tickled with my weigh-in. 4 lbs gone, but not forgotten! I’ve been thinking about throwing in at least one, maybe two, 16:8 days on my 5 eat days. Anyone ever done that with good results? 16:8 seems amateurish after doing the 36 hours on 5:2! I haven’t measured myself yet. Must remember to do that after work today. I might need those numbers to stay positive when the scale is not kind!
Yesterday’s FD was very difficult in the evening hours. My belly was screaming. I was hoping, like I read here, that it would be easier, but I think I sabotaged myself by not drinking enough. Still learning! Good luck to all who are fasting today!
