  • Hi, I heard about IF and Mike Mosley on FATSECRET.com awhile back and watched a video online about it. I have done it, (probably not 100 percent correctly)for a few weeks and have lost 3 pounds. I don’t think I have ever felt quite like this when approaching a new way of eating. I feel more in control and a whole lot less stressed and confused. Looking forward to educating myself even more and making this a “lifestyle”

    @ssauer – you’ve lost 3lbs so you must be doing it ‘right’! 😀 Actually there isn’t a ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way – it’s what works for you so just keep on keeping on with what you’re doing 🙂
