AND I AM LOVING IT! I have introduced 2 ladies at work! Still trying to figure out the best days for my 5:2 … is it better to do them in a row or split them up? Any advice out there?

Welcome to the forum, Darcsoir! My favorite fast days are Monday and Thursday. I usually stick with those days unless I’m traveling or have something going on one of those days. I like to have at least 2 days between FD’s. But that’s just me.
Have you joined the August Callenge? It’s a great way to get started and to meet a lot of the people on the forum.
