  • I recently bought a spiralizer and it has been my fast day friend.
    For example, today, I had a big ol’ bowl of spaghetti – except it was zucchini noodles!
    1 zucchini makes a lot of noodles and they’re only about 30 calories for an entire zucchini.

    There’s lots of things you can do with the spiralizer, and it’s great even on feast days to get more vegetables in your diet. <3

    Anyone else use one of these for low-cal recipes?

    I don’t use a spiralizer but I make these noodles with a mandolin cutter. I also make cauliflower ‘rice’. Check out the recipes section here for some ideas http://thefastdiet.co.uk/forums/topic/cauliflower-rice-recipes/
