Today is the first full week of 5:2-ing for me. I am not a stranger to fasting, I’ve done single days many times before. However, it is true that some days are just not optimum.
I’m sticking to it regardless today though, even if I’m feeling unusually hungry and am tired and just wanting to go blah today.
OK, so I slept badly (have had that cold people have been talking about and spent a number of hours coughing during the night); am still getting over a cold; and have had a more than average amount of stress over the past few months …
But heck, if you don’t start when you plan, when will the timing ever be optimum?
Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow and then also to my next fasting day on Thursday. π
