  • I started the diet today!!

    I have been reading some of your posts and they are really interesting and helpful. It is great to see such positive feedback and great results.

    I look forward to tracking my results after my first weigh in on Thursday.

    Welcome jennyinoz! Best of luck of your new health journey. Don’t get blindsided by the scales – also measure yourself and also assess your results on how you are feeling – inside and out.

    It is amazing that after 2 weeks of over indulging just how BLAH I felt, back on track now and am really looking forward to feeling better by looking after my body and my mind.

    wishing you all the best on your new way of life, I agree with Msxjsds and don’t get obsessed by the numbers lol!
    I weigh myself maybe once a month, more than enough for me 🙂
