  • Hello Folks,

    I have been following IF for sometime but not regularly and in the interim have lost weight all over, but there’s some stubborn belly fat that’s taking a wee bit longer than usual. SO here I am, ready to start following the 5:2 regime seriously and hope to regain my fitness.It’s good to be part of this group and I hope to engage with a lot of you over the coming weeks.

    Good decision, Sandeep.
    You can do it! Belly fat might be the last thing you lose, but you will find a reduction in fat from all places. This is why Michael Mosley suggests measuring your body before you start. Then you can see progress every month when you remeasure. Or remeasure every 4 months for more dramatic changes.
    Remember too that what you eat or don’t eat on a non-Fast Day matters too.
