One week in….

  • One week in and 2 kilos of my target 5 already gone. This is also because I am exercising more to ensure the weight loss (5 x 6 km runs in 7 days as opposed to the usual 2 or 3).

    Two weeks in and 3.6 kilos lighter !
    Finding that the fasting days hugely increase awareness of what I eat on the non fasting days, and that for me is the key – losing weight whether fasting or not. Using Myfitnesspal app to record everything, and ensuring net calories (after exercise) are around 1400.
    Struggle with a lack of energy on fasting days but am learning to cope!

    John, I am finding this to be the easiest “diet” I have ever tried…along with an overall reset of my prior eating habits. I just seem to want less food. I seem to experience an energy boost on the fast days and (if I consume a lot) stuffed and uncomfortable if I over-indulge now. Lost 2.5 in one week. I am hopeful this will be the one to end all the yo-yo diets.
