    I’m brand new and looking forward to hearing all your success story’s.
    Just a quick Question I work nights I start at 11pm to 8.30am.
    I have a awful bad sweet tooth. And love to Try this 5/2 plan. Just love advice how to do it during my shift….
    Plus I try to walk 2 hours when I can weather permitting.

    Welcome to The Fast Diet! I hope you are able to make your own success story soon. My waistline has reduced by 3 inches so far. 🙂

    Just live like your night work is actually day work. If you are having difficulty adjusting to your own schedule, avoid reminders that it is the night. For example, don’t let your friend tell you “goodnight.” Put a picture of a sunrise in your workspace. Then go to sleep when your shift ends, covering your room so the sun doesn’t get in to remind you that it is the day. You simply have to shift your awareness of your days and nights.
