Newbie today! Tuesday and Thursday Fast

Hi people!!

I have had my first fasting day today. I’ve been starving all day but feeling optimistic!

I am fasting on Tuesdays and Thursdays, anyone else doing these days? Maybe we can buddy up!

Hi scifi81, I’m doing Mondays and Thursdays and so far have done two days having only started last week. I found the second fast day easier than the first, and I expect it will get easier still as time goes on.
