Newbie in Sydney

    This is my 3rd week in. Joined the Forum to find out how others deal with nausea – I figured I was getting it as my body adjusts to fewer calories – but wanted to see how others dealt with it. Interestingly, it is worse on my first day but hardly appears on my second day – I have a day of ‘normal’ eating in between. It helps to know others have similarly suffered and to see what they have done to cope.

    I do like the psychology of knowing I just have to get through one day and I can look forward to eating the next day… helps me stay on track. I like the challenge of being creative with my 500 calories and have decided that Kale is my best friend – chewy and filling while so low on calories.

    Look forward to further reading of the wisdom of the crowd.
