    Hello everyone,
    I’m a49 year old Male from Wollongong NSW Australia. I live approximately 80km south of Sydney on the coast. I have read both fast diet and fast exercise and I’m currently on my second fast day today. Have struggled today as I found the first fast day easy. Looking forward to loosing some Kilos and getting healthier.
